weight lifting but no weight loss
A month ago I re-worked my workout which was previously 1 hr of cardio to 30 min weights (free weights and machines) and 30 min cardio. Since, I have barely lost any weight. I am noticing that I'm building strength and muscle but my clothes still fit normally and the scale isn't budging. I do this workout 5x a week.

I'm starting to get discouraged because I'm not seeing any weight loss or reduction in size, which is the ultimate goal. Help?
