Up today. But down from Yesterday. Weighed in at 178.2, but I know what I have been doing wrong, I have had a major sweet tooth and it is getting me in trouble. I have to get it undercontrol. I am also starting the gym in the mornings on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, so that I can motivate my body to let go of the weight. I am not letting this setback hold me back. It is just a bump in the road on my journey to lose this weight forever.

Second day back at work. Feeling a little better. Still was up quite a bit. I know it is all water weight, because I have lived in the bathroom today. I hope that this gets better soon. Tomorrow is weigh in day and I honestly do not know what to expect. Fingers Crossed!

Today was a rough day. I was so hungry!!!! I ended the day of hunger with a small blizzard. Yeah Me!!!! I will be paying for this on the scale tomorrow. :(

This morning is a little disappointing because I am up 1 pound. I know it is water weight, because we had a salty meat (turkey brats) for dinner last night. I didn't over eat and I exercised as well. I think that if I up my water for today, it will flush it out and of course, my daily green tea will help!
I feel good. My husband told me last night that I looked really good on my road bike and that my form has gotten better and that it looked like I was more comfortable. I told him, I was comfortable and it was so much easier to ride than 3 months ago! I have to train, because in less than a month, we have the first ride of the year and it is 62 Miles!!!!
Need to crack down and get this pound off and keep the movement downward! I got this! I can do this!

I stayed the same today. Probably because I had fried fish last night with my sister. Never doing that again....it tore my stomach up! Again, I am slowly learning what I can and cannot do anymore. I am happy that I am losing at such a great rate. It helps keep me motivated. I hope to get out and walk again today, but it is cold and windy right now. I might hop on the treadmill instead.
