Today is a new day! I weighed in at 174! I haven't seen that number for over 6 years and I am losing more and more each day. Every healthy choice and every healthy decision brings me one step closer to my goal. I am really blessed to have a supportive husband, who at 5:50 every morning hears me tell him what my morning weight is and talks me through the bad mornings and celebrates with me on the good ones.

Been a long day.... got up at 5 am, and just got back from doing an 1 1/2 hour bike ride. Did pretty well. Averaged 11.8 with hills and did about 13-14 mph on the straightaways. Very proud of myself. I am ready to get this biking season started. Up a little this morning, but I had Chinese for dinner last night, so retaining water from the salt. Ate a lot of veggies though. I am looking forward to Wednesday Weigh In. I can't wait. Feeling good and looking good too. I will be doing pictures again next week, and I can see a difference in how I look.

Holy Moly!!!! I hit 175 this morning! I am so excited! I guess the hard work is paying off. As of this morning, 30 pounds is gone!

Awesome Weight Loss this morning.... down .6!!! I even went to Texas Roadhouse for Dinner last night with my son on a date. I stayed under my calorie goal and have had a good deficit for a few days, so the weight had to budge. This is the last weekend of homework and then focus can shift to me and the gym. Thank goodness, because I want to meet my current goal of 165 by the end of May. A little over 10 pounds to go. It may or may not happen, but I am going to give it a good try.
I have had so many compliments at work. I am getting looks like you look so good and my AP told me that I have been so much happier and had a pep in my step and that she is proud of me. That made me feel good. My son is loving being able to put his arms all the way around me and give me big hugs.

Coming back down from my high of 178.8. So I am very happy this morning. I am at the end of the semester. It is the final push now, then I can focus on my exercise and working out as much as I need. Redy for this semester to be done. I am so stressed about it, but 1 paper and 1 final yet to go, and it will be done by Sunday!
