This morning's weigh in, I went down to 177.I could have lost more, but because dinner last night was a Happy Meal and it didn't even taste good to me or satisfy me for longer than 3 hours. I was hungry when I came home from class yesterday and couldn't really eat anything to fill the hole. I ended up brushing my teeth and going to bed. So McDonald's chicken nuggets and fries are off my list of foods now.
I am getting back on track today. I am starting to see what foods I can't eat anymore because they just are not filling. I love my veggies and yogurt for lunch and I love my protein shake in the morning. I have to buy another tub today....but I digress.
I remind myself everyday that this is a journey and not a race. I will not get a medal for getting there fast, but I will win the battle when I get there. I got this!

I am so proud of myself. I am keeping my eating in check and I still was able to enjoy an ice cream cone with my family. I can really do this. I came down another.8 to 177.4!
Mentally, I am doing well. I am not used to the person looking back at me from the mirror though. She has energy and wants to move and do things! She plays with her kid outside. Just lots to do now and I want to do it all.

178.2!!!! Considering I have been horribly sick, I'll take it! Now to get in gear and get this weight off. I feel much better today, very little coughing last night and my nose isn't plugged. I think I will start the day with a cardio workout and go from there.
I have a fun filled day of homework planned and maybe spending some time with my sister and my nephews. I got this! I can do this!!
I decided that once I get close to my mini goal weight of 165, I will be changing it to 145! Since March 4, 2013 (188.8) till today (178.2) I have lost 10.6 pounds.Since my official weigh-in last Wednesday, I have lost 2.6 pounds!

I am so sick. It is a wonder that I lost any weight at all. I am down .4 from yesterday. I am going to up my water today and see if that helps. I am also going to try to get to the gym, if I can breathe (cold is in my lungs).
I did have some white chocolate with my son. Big mistake, now I have the sugar craving in my mouth. Urgh..... hopefully drinking some water will make it go away. And I can't quit coughing. I just want this cold to go away!
I did notice that since I am on spring break, I haven't been getting enough protein. I have got to fix that tomorrow. I will be back on my way.

Today is a new day! I had a great doctor's appointment. My BP and Weight were great. According to the Doctor's office, I am down 11 pounds since March 4th. I am excited.
I am feeling a little better today. I got some antibotics while I was at the doctor too. My weight is down .4, so I weighed in at 179, without clothing this morning. I am very happy with that.
Starting tomorrow, I am adding gym time in 4 days a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and both weekend days. I need to add the gym to start losing the weight in a more predictable manner. I am making this a lifestyle change and this is part of it.
