I have lost 7 lbs so far through diet changes and exercise.I have a 1600 cal a day, gluten-free, low carb diet. I eat lots of fruit and veggies,my only carbs and lots of water.

uhgggggg! I've got a long way to go, but I have a plan. and goals. both are a good thing to getting something done. Emotionally, I have been a wreck. a train wreck. but with excersize and nutritious meals in my near future, not to mention some relationship building in our family, I think 2012 is shaping up to be a life changer. Literately. though not the crazy end-of-the-world kind. My ego is not THAT big.
