not gaining the weight back instantly, that's good, the almost normal eating of two meals a day in a smaller window works too, it stabilizes. will be back to one meal a day (OMAD) tomorrow till friday, 3 days, hope to 'drop' another kilo before the weekend.

Hate the way 'myfatsecret' disempowers you by stating you are losing too fast / you are gaining too fast! - I mean - I know you can lose a kilo of water weight just by sitting in the sauna! - does it annoy anyone else? Or is it just me?

My guts still need to start moving, I expect to drop this weight by the end of the day and will eat a little more frugally during my eating window, making sure to get all my 12-a-day nutrients in. Big salads and vegan yoghurt and almond milk muesli...

All my meals will still be strictly vegan, I follow DR Greger's 12 a day plan to get all my nutrients. plus my daily meditations and yoga practice. For the rest of this week I'm also easing up on the training.

Gained 100g of muscle, the positive side! as I have been training hard, also I quit smoking - again- smoked for a few days while I was fasting, not good, but as soon as I stopped so did my guts, just waiting for them to get back to normal. Today I had two meals in the 18 - 6 window, to ease up on myself, I will be following an 18 - 6 two-meal diet for the next 5 days. allow for some detox and of course a dinner party on Saturday and guests for lunch on Sunday. I still hope to keep the loose weight trend. This will depend on what I eat..........
