Gained 100g of muscle, the positive side! as I have been training hard, also I quit smoking - again- smoked for a few days while I was fasting, not good, but as soon as I stopped so did my guts, just waiting for them to get back to normal. Today I had two meals in the 18 - 6 window, to ease up on myself, I will be following an 18 - 6 two-meal diet for the next 5 days. allow for some detox and of course a dinner party on Saturday and guests for lunch on Sunday. I still hope to keep the loose weight trend. This will depend on what I eat..........

Just did two hours of yoga, one hour of ashtanga, which is pretty heavy and then an hour of fitness yoga which is also pretty heavy, cycled there and back that's about 40 minutes altogether, Feeling so fit and energetic,

OMAD is going well, taking care to eat enough vegan protein so I can keep training,
feeling energetic and very very happy. - the last time I had this weight was August 24th 2020.

5 days doing OMAD - One Meal A Day. - It works for me. day 1 was hard, no breakfast, no lunch, craving my favourite foods. - day 2 went much easier, only around lunchtime did I have hunger pangs and again around teatime - day 3 the pangs started around 4pm - teatime - and now after yesterday which was remarkably easy I am getting used to the new routine -
The bonus is I feel more energetic, much lighter, in control, and very very happy!
