Sassy Summer Slimdown
I weigh myself at the gym. I started on May 3rd. My weigh in at 250 lbs. Next weigh in June 3rd. Since I joined My Challenges, I will be weighing myself weekly from June 3rd onwards. My plan is to have a one thousand calorie deficit daily after food intake and exercise. I will be reporting every Monday after June 3rd. Goal - Hit the Gym 6 days a week, weight lifting and treadmill. Wish me Luck. Estimated weight loss is 12 lbs in 6 weeks.
