For dinner tonight I ate leftover Salisbury Steak and rice... It was a small portion so hopefully it counts as my sensible dinner!

For one of my snacks today I ate a chocolate cookie from my Mom's house... It was from a bakery so no idea on nutritional info. For dinner tonight we're having manicotti, also from my Mom's, so I'm not sure of the information on that one either. Hopefully I'm not killing my diet!

Tonight I went out for dinner with Jon to celebrate Valentine's Day. We ate at Ami Sushi and I had an Unagi Crunch roll, Savvy Q roll and a Tokyo roll. It was delicious, but I don't have any nutritional information to track calories, etc. Good thing I didn't eat much earlier today!

This journal entry is just to let myself know that I ate my dad's sweet beef for dinner... because I have no idea of how to break it down nutritionally in my Diet Calendar thingie! =)
Considering I only ate ~900 calories the rest of the day, it shouldn't affect my overall calorie count too badly. In theory.
