I've been really bad about writing in my food diary lately. =( I'll try to do a better job, I swear!

Wow I had a bad week.
Last Sunday we ordered Chinese food, then on the Monday I went out for dinner with my parents and I ate nachos... Yeah, not a good week for dieting. I also ate spaghetti for lunch on Thursday, then for dinner I ate beef stew I had made in the slow cooker. Thursday night we went to a party, so I ate pizza and some chicken wings, not to mention lots of chips and a few drinks. On the weekend we went to visit my parents, so I ate a bunch there too. I'm a little surprised that I didn't gain more weight.
All I can do is try harder this week!

I only lost half a pound, but it's still half a pound! =) Not bad considering I ate out a bunch this past week.

It seems that this week has been a week of eating out. Today I went to Zellers Diner and I had a chicken salad sandwich on whole wheat bread with a side order of fries and gravy. I didn't eat too many of the fries though, but I did eat some... I did eat my whole sandwich though. Hmmm.

All right, so today I had to write two tests -- Microeconomics at 8am and then Money, Banking & the Economy at 12pm. I didn't get a chance to eat at all till I left the school at around 130pm and then I went out and ate Taco Bell.
I am naughty.
Well at least I got that craving out of my system and I'm totally eating light -- cantaloupe and other good snacks -- the rest of the night.
Ack, need to get back on track! =(
