Today for lunch I ate the rest of the stuffed tilapia from yesterday, and some rice.
I forgot to write down that I had a bit of White Chocolate brownie for dessert last night... Just a really small piece though, for reals!

Last night for dinner I ate more meatloaf and rice - wow my meatloaf is tasty, I wanted another plate but I restrained myself. I also ate a small piece of my Cocoa Bottom Banana Pecan cake for a snake at lunch and after dinner. Hopefully this is all balancing out!
Tonight for dinner I'm having stuffed tilapia from Longo's with rice. I also ate another piece of cake for a snack. If I'm still hungry later on tonight I'll have another small snack, not sure what though. I kind of skipped lunch today... I shouldn't do that!

Tonight I cooked us meatloaf and rice, so I had a not-too-big portion of that for dinner. I also baked a cocoa bottom banana pecan cake for a treat, and I ate a small square of that for dessert.
I just have to make sure I'm careful with what I eat tomorrow to make up for what I ate tonight. Phew!

Hooray! I lost 4 pounds! I meant to weigh in last night before bed for consistency, but I fell asleep... Next week I'll remember for sure! =)

Jeez I wish that I'd known that you can't back-date journal entries. I think that's kinda lame. Anyway, last night we went to a birthday party for one of my son's preschool friends. I ate one slice of pizza and some cantaloupe and pineapple from the fruit tray, and also some cucumber from the veggie tray.
This afternoon we went for dinner at Gran's and I ate 3 square pieces of pizza and some cucumber from the veggie tray Jon's mom brought out. I think that's enough pizza for a while. =/
