To make my diet work, I am going to eat at home and cook! I have been eating more raw veg. I drinking less coffee. I have not been eating anything after Midnight. ( I go to bed 4 to 5 am) I feel really good, but I must do better!

We had a huge snow last night. I spent a good deal of the morning wadeing throught snow above my knees. I went out and feed my horse. I dug snow from around the gates so I could open them. I am extremly sleepy tonight. My soul mate wanted breakfast for super. Pancakes were not so great for me, but I did not eat much today. The choice could have been better.

I got home from work this morning 3:45am. I went to bed around 5. I got up at noon. I had cereral and juice before I had to be at work. 2pm I made it to work. I work until 6:30pm. Back home and I was hungry. Supper not ready, so I had 4 crackers to tide me by. I went out side to feed my horse. Every thing all froze up. I had to carry water. 8:30 I had my supper, but I was starved and I ate twice as much as I needed. Because of heavy snow in southern Kansas, Northern Oklahoma and The Texas panhandle, I will not have to work tonight. The first part of my day, I do good, but as the day goes on, I fall apart.

I got out of bed yesterday morning around 10am. I started a food journal and wrote down every bit I put in my mouth. I had 1200 calories yesterday. I was active yesterday (unloaded hay for the horse). I worked at my job (which is not physical). I went to bed this morning at 4:30am. I am up for the day now. I got out of bed 11:30am. Weighed in at 215. I am going to have to EXERSIZE if I get the weight off. I have an appointment with the heart doctor today (nothing wrong, just a check up). I promise to be a good girl today.

I am off work on the weekends and It is the hardest time for me to diet. I get up of a morning, and I cook breadkfast. I cook lunch. The end of the day, I cook supper and I cook and I eat. Yesterday, we were not home and we ate at one of those all you can eat places. I should have stayed with vegies and fruits, but truth is, I ate way to much. It was the only meal I ate, but It doesn't work. I worked all night Friday. I got up at noon on Saturday. We traved to a neighborings town. I ate super at 6:30pm and I over ate.
