I have returned to a day time shift at Work. I should be able to plan and control my meals now. I went scapbooking over the week end and I had a great time. We all brought finger foods and I contributed grapes and veggies to the pot and today, my hubby has requested pork roast. I am throwing in a bag of carrots for me. I am going to cook onion soup for work tommarrow. Looking forward to each day God gives me!

I feel bad I did not do anything on my challeng. I am not giving up. I would like to lose 20 lbs. by June. This next week I will return to the day shift on my job. It will make it easier to plan my meals. This last week almost every day, I had only one meal a day. I did not exersize at all. I had snacks that are not part of my diet. I will do better this next week!

This was a really bad week for my diet. I traveled, there were 4 days I was not home. One day I attenede a funeral, and attended a family dinner. I have a rule (nothing to eat after Midnight) I go to bed 4:30 to 5 am. I broke that rule! There were no rules I did not break this week. I did not exersize any. This week, I set myself back on my diet. Good news is, It is a brand new week!

I worked long hours this week. I did not get a chance to exersize but a few days. I had 4 to 5 hours sleep several days. It was a week where I didn't do so well.

I did not get in any exersize today. I went to work at 2pm and off at 9pm. Went back to work at Midnight and got off work at 3am. I did pretty good diet wise. I plan a trip in a couple of days, and I have tons of things to do. I will have to plan to take some things with me on my road trip, so I do not fall victom to Potato chip. (chips are my weakness)
