I am really watching my calories.Not enought exersize. In 3 weeks I see a new Doctor and He may put me on a special diet. So what I can eat will or may change.

I have been off my diet way to long. This last year has thrown me some curves. I had my galblader out and I have a liver deseise. Probly something hedority. I will know in a month. I will be seeing a doctor and I can see a new diet headed my way! I have an overload of iron. I have deposits in my liver. It has caused me to have bone spurs in both shoulders. I am not ready to be old, and weight loss will make the arthoridous easier to deal with. Time for me to get serious about a Diet one more time.

I went to a funeral today. I had lunch at a restaurant and managed to eat healthy. Roast beef sandwich with lettuce and tomato. I did not eat the chips (which is my weakness). Water to drink. I have had several cups of coffee. It was raining and I was wet and cold. I have had 2 big glasses of water. I still have the evening to go, and it always gets me into trouble. I do great of a morning and than I wipe out of an evening.

I am trying to write down every thing I eat, and I am always amaized at how fast those calories add up. Some days, I am ashamed to write it down, but I do, to keep me reminded of what I should do and what I should not have done!

today: I found myself at work alone to mind the office. I did not get to leave for lunch and so I ask Bill to bring something to eat. It was also driver appreciation day so The boss showed up to cook Hamburger at 6 pm. I ate 2 hamburgers today, not on my diet. I was at work from 9am to 7pm without leaving. If I would have known, I could have planned my meal, but today was not the normal day. I still have not exersized today, and it is almost time to go to bed.
