I live in Florence, SC, originally from Elberton, GA.
Started a low-carb diet on June 14, 2010 thru Oct 23, 2010 started at 278 lost down to 223, On Oct 24, 2010 started weight watchers flex on my own, at least thru to holidays and probably until I reach my goal of 170.
