The last week has been crazy!!! We've been making some adjustments all week and I've not cooked a lot which means a lot of eating out. I don't see any evidence of the bad eating yet in my waistline so I'm in a hustle to get back on track so I can keep ahead to my goal. I'm SUPPOSED to be able to return to the gym next week but sadly I'll have to make trips during lunch and after work now instead of my lovely early am workouts that I love so much. Oh well... as long as I'm going I guess. Well the week is starting anew... points are starting over and I have my lovely 35 flex reset which I blew through last weekend with that stupid pan of brownies I made. I'm going to be relaxing for the majority of the weekend and I've sworn off sodas for this week so I'm sure I'll be buzzing for one by tomorrow night. On to a good week...

I reeled it back in and I'm happy about that! I counted those points and when I got the munchies I turned to the good stuff or drank some water! Now I just have to start my new week over tomorrow and keep the basics going for more loss! Good for me!

So I'm doing okay and I'm finally back in the groove I think and the last hurdle is my activity. I'm back on counting my point and water (believe it or not.) Today has been tough b/c I left home without my lunch. Luckily I keep oatmeal at work so I at a pack of that and ate a yogurt. Scary part is I'm starving right now, LOL! I get off in about an hour and I have my strawberries which I'll eat closer to me getting off. I'm trying to fight against being hungry on the drive home so I can avoid eating something crazy when I make it into the house. I'm cooking chicken breast for dinner and I changed to that from my centercut chops. Chicken Breast will be done faster and I'll be able to eat quicker! I'm trying to plan and be smart about my waistline. Tomorrow is one of my usual days to go into the gym and I've been beating it in my head to go home, pack my bag for in the morning so I can get the workout done. If so this will be my first one since June which is horrible. That's all for now, I figured I'd write through my hunger!
