I have been floundering in a sea of restaurants, fast food, stress, and all the things that allow you to drown a diet. But today, I throw off the bonds of stress and aggravation and commit to myself that I do want to lose this weight. I do want to feel healthy, I so want to look good in my clothes, I do want people to see me for my shining personality instead of my fat ass. Today, I say to myself, "Get off your ass and do what you need to do." The hungry girl cookbooks are my bible, and my will is steel!! I CAN DO THIS.............more to come.
