Anyone need to lose over 100LBS???
I am in the same boat as all of you!! I am glad to have found a group to do this with!! My friends are all skinny or of the 5-10 lb group! I have yo yo dieted all my life and I am tired of it. I turned 40 this year and it is hard! But I decided that it was time and so now I'm going to lose it. I need to lose a 150-180 lbs. My first goal is 50. I am going to do it 50lbs at a time so it does not seem like such a huge hurdle to overcome! I am also trying to learn to eat smarter so I can finally keep it off forever. Looking forward to learning and listening and talking with all here!
