So I haven't lost any weight, but i have noticed my pants are looser and I have more energy, so I think whatever weight in fat I lost got replaced with muscle. I'm okay with it!
That being said, I need to watch the caliber of food I'm eating vs. calories. the last couple of days this week was not as good even though I stayed withing calorie range for the most part(my TDEE is 2500 so as long as I eat below that I have a deficit, but 1700 is my BMR so I tend to shoot for 1800-1900) but the quality of food i've been eating hasn't always been great and I need to make sure I'm sticking to my guns on that at least 80% of the time, it helps me with cravings and controlling hunger pangs.

So in the yoga routine i do, we're supposed to repeat the sequence six times, but since i have awful balance i typically get my muscles shaking from one sequence. today i did two! :D

my nephew is going to be spending the next few days at the house as my sister is going out of town for her birthday.... i love him but this complicates my workouts as he sleeps in the room right next to mine :/ i'll just have to wait until he's done with his nap, or go take walks instead..

I decided to have a treat day and i really kind of.... regret it? it wasn't nearly as good as i was hoping :/
oh well, at least the good news is that i can get right back into it tomorrow :) i'm actually kind of surprised, the candy and chips and junk i used to crave just doesn't taste as good as it used to now that i'm not eating it as often as i used to. it's interesting!

i was about 10 minutes into my regular workout and my head started swimming, got really dizzy and faint so i had to stop. i'm confused because i do this same workout regularly and i'm not too full/not full enough, plus i have plenty of water? :x i'm going to try again in an hour or so and see if i can at least get another 5-10 minutes in.
