Well I'm doing the P90 exercise not the p90x.. I'll get there eventually. I've been doing this for 2 1/2 weeks now and I feel that doing the Atkins plan is not working for me... I have no energy after working out a couple of times a day. This has got to stop...Plus I'm not loosing weight but have gained. This is Not good! So I will try the p90x nutrition plan. Good Luck Anita! After all when this first started for me I was at 198! SO 168 is still a good loss.

Some days its a struggle to get my ass in gear...Today is one of those days! Got up at 6ish, felt none to peppy, went back to bed at 8am, got up at 9:15am as my conscious was getting to me. (I do a workout at 10am every morning)I did in fact do the p90 because it was the sculpting day...thank God! The cardio is a rough one.. After much watching of what works and doesn't work for MY body, I choose strength training. I find that the strength and sculpting burns a lot of FAT! Cardio burns calories. My goal is to get rid of the fat! To tone, to become strong again.I am at a stand still pertaining to the scale (think I'm gonna throw the bitch away!)but I'm down almost 3 dress sizes..Yippee losing inches is a really good thing indeed!!! I absolutely commend Tony Horton's p90 (not p90x)It's a fantastic way to start your day. I do this 6 days. 3 Days of sculpt-strength, 3 days of cardio- strength. I am noticing some drastic changes in the 13 days of doing this for sure.

I haven't been on lately but I'm doing my challenges! The p90, running,biking walking, extra crunches. I also started the "Green Coffee" veggie caps. Its been day 4... no jitters, lots of energy lack of appetite during the day..(It's nite time when I want to snack) The Green Coffee cap curbs the nite cravings & no the pills do not hinder your sleep. One cup of coffee has over 100 mg of caffeine while the Green Coffee caps only have less than 30 mg of caffeine. I don't do anything without investigation and I gotta say... this just might be the ticket!!! I take one 800 mg cap 2 times a day 30 min before eating.
