At the start of February 2014 I was a unbelievable 241 at 6'1!!! I almost still don't believe the scale in my house. I've never weighed more than 225. In any case, I've dropped 10lbs since (3weeks)...with another 30 to go. I LOVE working out, except I get into a "hyper mode" and very obsessed for 6-8 months than give up...as I've gotten older (37) , particularly after my divorce, that gap has widened. However, I'm now at a point where I not only want to get back in shape I want to make it a permanent part of my life.
