Over ate the entire day due to nervousness, lots of work and projects going on so i'm sitting at home doing this stuff. NOT healthy.
Recent update: moved out of parents home.
I never buy sweets anymore, resort to gum or nuts.
I drink red wine frequently.
I eat salads almost daily, and barely have any meat.
Protein comes via dairy.
Carbs come in rice and potatoes.
