slowly relaxing in terms of how strict i am on ANY diet. but i am setting ground rules for myself as i go.
ths whole diet thing is practicing self control and it's relatively working.

today i had:
breakfast:
omelette (2 eggs, 1 packet splenda, dashes cinnamon, half packet of frozen fruit. )it was delicious!
hot chocolate 16 oz. :(
lunch:
odwalla pumpkin soy drink
salted cashews
might have something tonight.
not bad right?
i know i have a thing for sugar but i'm glad i'm not getting caught up in breads and cheeses, as that is the core idea of this phase.

broke up with bf last night. may have contributed to gradual weight loss :)
