woke up NOW. its 11 am. due to so much sleeping and attempt at yesterday's diet, i'm slowly but surely going down. i'm now at 180 exactly. this is usually where the trouble starts for me.
so i'm gonna keep at it. woot

am proud: yesterday i had only one slice of bread. its a start. no other carbs.
today i started off with a proteinshake smoothie with berries (no dairy), and had beans for lunch.
i did, have hot chocolate though.
my main goal is to stay off from starches carbs and dairy.
staying away from sugar is too big a jump for me. i get too lightheaded. major sweettooth here. :)
plan to work out at 3.30 :)

bought ingredients for the new diet today.
they didnt have flaxseed oil though! lame. stupid Bell Market.
anyway yea, i did decently today.
avoided all dairy and carbs. had some nuts though.
i had an omelet with tomatoes, some cabbage shreds w/ tomato bisque, some sugarless candy, a pack of planter's nuts, half a large pomengranite, and i'm probably going to have some soup right now.
yeah. decent start.

starting fresh again tomorrow.
after i noticed hwo the birth control pill is affecting me, its horrific. i dont want to go back to that. i'm gaining weight. i can't make that excuse but i really believe it's the hormones that are changing me.
i feel ten pounds heavier, the way my flesh surrounds my bones. its just not right.
starting the fat flush detox one, not to dramatically loose weight, but to begin that way. hopefully i'll drop a few pounds and feel motivated again.
