Trying to get my weight down to 190 lbs. Been a long road, started at 247.7 lbs in March of 2013, got to 191 lbs by March of 2015 but after retiring from the military, the lbs haven't been too kind to me. My weight was back to 228lbs in August of 2015 and now it stands at 271.2 (down 3.2 lbs from yesterday)

I am on the Keto diet now, Day. Shooting to be back under 200 lbs.

Weight-loss Timeline:

- Started at 274.6 on Jan. 15th.
- 250 lbs by Feb 15th.
- 215 lbs by October 7th.
- Get to and remain under 210 lbs throughout the Holidays.
- Make the push under 200 lbs New Years 2019.
- Target goal 190 lbs.

Did my weigh-in for the Coast Guard this morning, 190 lbs and passed the body fat % with 21%. Wasn't easy.

Down almost another lb. in a day, big weigh-in day for work on Monday. Would love to be 191.0 or less Monday morning before I hit the gym and sauna.
