I am a 27 y/o Software Engineer. I enjoy knitting and hanging out with friends. I played volleyball in high school and college, and occasionally now in a league with friends. The only 'diet' that has ever worked for me (that I was able to stick to) was counting calories. So, as I try to lose weight, that is what I plan on doing. I've been slowly but surely gaining weight since I graduated from high school, when I weighed 160.
