What's on your playlist that really motivates you to workout?
I will definately check some of these out! I ride the stationary bikes a lot, so it doesnt necessarily have to be a fast song, but rather one with a good beat. Slower songs just mean I have to crank up the resistance...

Soooo, what is the song, (or couple of songs) that motivate you to workout? Today, mine was You Sexy Thing by Hot Chocolate and RESPECT by Aretha Franklin...I was so happy they came up on my playlist!

your best advice...
Always be planning. Figure out how many calories are in something BEFORE you eat it. For example, manwiches....I have always eaten two, not really because Im hungry, they are sorta small and so... but when I figure out how many calories I will waste for the day eating that second one, I often change my mind. Is someone having a birthday at work and there will be cake? Figure out in advance how many calories a piece of chocolate cake has (and it doesnt have to be chocolate but it gives you a rough estimate to work with)so at least you can make an informed decision. Can you afford to eat that today, or maybe you should just go with a half of a piece. Once youve eaten it, you cant take it back.
