Brought new digital scale home, wait till tomorrow am to weigh. Tonight, free donuts at club house, resisted and only ate one!!

Been without a scale for a month, bought a scale yesterday and CRAP, I'm up over 190. Will take scale back to the store, it just be something wrong with it.

Good day to exercise, up to 10-lb bell, about 3000 repetitions, about 1500 each arm. A little sore in the evening. Overdid it with Dominos Pizza, ate 5 pieces!! Sooooo good!!

I don't really want to modify my eating habits greatly, but have in the past month had lots of time to walk and exercise. In April 2012 I won't have much time available, so between now and then, I'd like to lose 20 pounds. I'm walking about 3 miles a day, and exercise with a 10 lb weight while walking, working on my upper arms and shoulder muscles. I play violin and am transitioning to viola which is heavier. By April when I returm to my orchestra for practice, I need to be able to play the viola for 3-4 hours at a time.
So my goal, lose weight through walk and exercise, cut some of my snacking. I love slim fast and Grape Nuts! Its the evening time when I have problems cruising the fridge.
TODAY was unusual, I attended a large "brunch" and ate the whole thing! Now that I've made the entries, I wish I had skipped the sausages AND the sausage gravy and biscuits. I walked 3.2 miles today, and it didn't even offset breakfast!
