I'm trying to loose some weight so I can feel better. I've stopped smoking for the past two plus months and feel great for that. I've smoke for 15 years and I hope to not smoke any more. I've noticed my smell come back and taste of food come back its great.
I've been doing some warm up exercises in the morning and started to walk a bit to work. I've also been using the Calorie Counter software to track my eating and exercise, that's what made me find this site.
I would now like to start looking some weight to feel even better. I know running would be a good way but I don't want to go too fast into this. So I'm looking for good advice to loose weight and support of a community.
