Actually I expected worse, so the fact that I didn't gain anything after this bad week is a huge relief. And I promised myself I would make up for it this week. So of to exercise I go.....

Feels like I am getting my 'drive' back and the 'funk-phase' I was in is coming to an end. Thanks to some encouraging words from here and the fact that someone I hadn't seen in a few months noticed that I had lost some weight. Nothing can beat that feeling when someone finally notices!
So I am starting journaling again and I exercised this morning.
I am still worried about weigh in tomorrow, since it was such a bad week, but I am not going to let it get me down.

This week hasn't gotten any easier. I haven't exercised at all, I haven't been writing down anything and I haven't been watching what I eat. I am not looking forward to the next weigh-in. :(

Still having the PMS related appetite urges. I am getting lazy about writing down what I eat and even more lazy to execise. I know I just need push myself and keep at it. It's just overcoming this never-ending appetite lately has been tough. The mood swings aren't helping either. Willpower where are you???

Unfortunately no change this week. Trying not to get upset about it though because I know I am bloated and retaining water, beause I am PMS-ing. I did follow my points very closely. So hopefully it will be better next week.
