...just got back home last night..been in hospital with my heart.....they did alot of test on me..and the stress test....i was discharge before they came back with my test result from the heart doctor..was in there from sunday aftenoon at 1:30 ...spent 6 hours in emerency before they took me upstairs..my family doctor told me they would call if the test came back with something i need to be worried about..if not i go back on the 13 of feb...
after this weeken i think it open my eyes alot....i hurt so bad it was scary...i still have chest pains but i was so glad that i got to come home. going to really try to get back on track with my eating, usually i give up after a couple of days writing it down..because i start getting bored with it..so i'm going to try and get that back under control....they have me on pills so i hope i don't do any repeating of words, if i do i'm sorry. hope everyone had a good weeken....

hi all.
today i am starting a challenge on my exercise bike. it is a virtual road trip. i'm going to see the Grand Ole Opry. i figure it up as being 338 miles that is 5 hours 6 min from my home. i'm giving me 3 months = 12 weeks. may 23 - aug 15..2011 i'm starting my journey from morganton nc. i should have started 3 days ago. i would have already gotten in 24 miles. i was practicing. lol but this is my goal. if you want to join me please feel free to. set your goal of 338 miles and travel from your home...mark off your miles each day. see how long it takes you to reach your goal. i will try to post pictures in my photos. of places i will be stopping at or visiting on my way to TN. i'm giving myself this long because there may be days i want get to ride. because of my legs and back. good news is i got up early this morning and started my trip. i have gotten in 8 miles. that was a 35.20 min. road trip. will upload pictures of my starting point later.on facebook hope you all have a great day.
