Perhaps it's just me, but I find it quite time-consuming to upload everything I eat to the calorie counter. I am making changes to my diet and watch what and how much I eat, but to be honest I don't think I can be bothered to keep a food journal... working full time and studying part time it's hard enough to find time for exercise. :/

We were going to join a gym today, but due to time restraints and lovely weather we decided to go running in the fields outside our house instead. It was a tough workout as we have both not been exercising for months and months now, but really proud we did it!
The plan is now to join the gym on Wednesday evening.
God, I'm spent and have a headache. My feet hurt. But very pleased. It feels as if my body is waking up from a coma, like my muscles going: "Oi, forgot we existed!"
Here's to a healthier future! Gotta go and pick up some fruit when we go shopping later to have some healthy snacks.

Forced myself not to step on the scales today. I think I get too obsessed and panicky when I weigh myself daily, so have decided that weekly weigh-ins are the way forward. This weekend my BF and I will join a new gym, or that is the plan at least.
I was thinking of getting a Wii or Kinect to exercise at home, but am I really going to use them for that? Probably not, as I am a keen gamer. I also love the steam room and sauna after a good workout, which I would not get if I just exercised at home.
Sometime tonight I may take those dreaded semi-naked "before" pictures. I think it may make me cry but hopefully it will also give me a push in the right direction. God knows I need it.
