I have not been following much of a diet through the summer and it is time to get back with the program. I am going to follow Atkins, but am starting out with a fruit and vegetable regime for 1 week. Only because these are among my favorite foods.

I am feeling really good about going back on Atkins. I am not sure why I stopped last year. I am determined to get a minimum of 4 days of exercise weekly.
Added a before picture instead of a pic of one of my favorite puppies.

I am back on Atkins. 2 weeks off and for no real reason. Back on the band wagon and gonna work at it more.

Got back to the Induction phase of Atkins. I had way to many choices and also think I went to OWL to soon. Started on Monday with the Induction and feel like I am doing very well with it.
I have found that staying in contact with my buddies is very important. Even though my husband is on Atkins along with me, he is losing much quicker. But he has also been very supportive.
Good week so far.

My week did not go very well diet wise. Feel like I am getting back into the swing of things today. I am going back to the induction phase and staying there for a bit. When I went OWL I didn't do so well.
