Want to start running, but can't???
I tried C25K last year as well. Started on a treadmill which was much easier than running outside. Kind of deceptive, actually. Sprained my back in a fall down stairs and didn't get back to running, but am trying again. I went to the track the other day and realized starting to run at the same time you start Atkins is not a great idea - woo, dizzy. Building your own program based on C25K or the one above is probably best. As long as you do a little more every time, eventually you'll be surprised at how far you can go. And running to music makes it go by faster, so a great playlist is definitely helpful.

Atkins Planned Bad Days: Ramp Up Carbs or Just Have One Crazy Day?
If you know you are going to have a terrible carb day well in the future (say, American Craft Beer Fest) is it better to ramp up your carbs a little going in, so that day is not a shock to your system, or is it better to just go into that day, go nuts, and go back to normal?

If you only had 2 carbs left to use but needed calories , what would you eat?
You could also probably do the same with canned chicken if you don't like the tuna idea.

I've started making tuna melts without the bread in a frying pan on the stove. A can of tuna in water (drained) mixed with a little real mayo, topped with deli provolone, sometimes some bacon bits in there. It's quite good, a couple hundred calories, and essentially carb free. If you need the carbs, add half a cup of veggies.
