Hi. I have always been on the heavy side my entire life not really caring about my health or weight until i was around 18. I realized I was very out of shape and I had learned my father and his father have and had diabetes so that made me want to change my lifestyle of eating habits. It worked for a while but now i just seem to yoyo I had tried lots of diets but never stuck to them i would lose weight then gain weight after i lost a few lbs thinking that "oh this one chocolate bar wont hurt" but it turned into many as well as pizza and I am an emotion eater as well. I workout regularly and tried everything from weightlifting to crossfit to running and i would always get results but then i would just get off track and go back to eating then i would start the same process over again i am hoping i can get some help and ideas from other peoples lifestyle of eating on this website. So to speed things up I am 25yrs now 5ft 10" and weigh 214lb i gained 20lbs in the last two months and not proud of it. I found this website today and joined up so I am looking forward to meeting other people that have weight issues like myself. Thats just a little bio about myself.
