still feeling good and following the plan. can't believe how easy to follow atkins is! never have I felt like sticking with the program like this before! but I do this fatsecret has helped me b so accountable and made it easy to b so. I did snack too much last night, but I actually thought about what to eat and stayed away from carbs.

I feel terrific! followed it 100% yesterday! really starting to feel energized and excited about more weight loss and feel ready to add exercise in mix to speed things up! let's do this!

Well yesterday was a good day for me, I didn't eat more than 20g carbs, no weight loss this am, but I need to try to not weigh myself everyday. So far so good! I am not craving carbs the way I was, which is fantastic, because I have to make foods for my family that are high in carbs (for me) and I don't feel so deprived that I can't have them too. Yea! That is making sticking to this plan a lot easier for me.

So I have been very on plan and feel great about it. Well, I guess last night wasn't strict enough, but I was very conscious of what I consumed, had a mixed drink at dinner, but at no other carbs during dinner. I did go over my 20g per day, but I did record all of it and that's good for me.
