So I have changed my diet after having a horrible bout of abdominal pain over the weekend. I have decided to do the skinny switch secret diet, but it isn't listed in here. My husband is also going to do this diet with me! I'm so excited! It is fairly simple, versatile, and uncomplicated. You eat what it sayes, you have 2 "lean" days and 1 "load" day. On the load day you get to "treat" yourself to either one meal or one snack that is not on the plan. This way you don't feel deprived or go for long periods of time not getting to "treat" yourself. It is fairly low carb on the lean days, and bulks up a bit more on the load days. It's worth a shot and so far both of us are liking this plan. We are even involving our daughter too! This way I don't have to eat so different than them and I have someone to talk about it with at home. Hopefully it's only positive from here on out!

Well, could of done better for the holiday weekend, but all in all, I did ok, well not really. I feel like I was very conscious of what I ate, but I did drink and eat more than I should of last night. I had a few crackers with dip, but everything else was on plan. Today is a new day though and I'm back on 100%. I have to remember that I can't let myself sabotage myself just cuz I did'nt do as well as I wanted one day, then get back on the wagon and make it better the next.
