I am so happy. After I was done eating dinner I counted all my points and actually had 5 left over. I started thinking that I had enough points left to have a pop but wonder of wonders, I didn't want one. I couldn't believe it. I found that I didn't want to put something so unhealthy in my body. I'm eating fat free ice cream instead. :P But hey, it actually has 4 grams of fiber and 3 grams of protein per serving so that's actually good.

Man, I DID NOT want to get up this morning, period! But I did and I did my 3 mile walk, so I'm proud of myself. I splurged a little on dinner last night, but not much, so I'm not sweatin' it. It's about to storm again here, which is has been doing for almost 2 weeks straight. I'm ready for some sunshine. It's hard to stay cheerful and motivated when it's so yucky outside. I'm doing it though.

Day one went great and day 2 is off to a good start. I'm staying motivated, which is what I need to do.

It has been week since I've started my weight watchers and I've lost 3.5 lbs. I am so proud of myself. I haven't gone over my points at all, I drank 8 c. of water everyday and I exercised everyday but Friday and Sunday. I also stayed away from pop completely, which is a HUGE success for me. I look forward to seeing what the future holds.

I took the kids to sonic after church to get them something to eat and I wanted soooo bad to sink my teeth into something so unhealthy, like a cheeseburger. After a week of eating right, it was a big temptation. But, I made the right choice and chose a grilled chicken wrap instead. And I'm drinking water. I'm glad that I was able to make the right decision because had I chose that bacon cheeseburger, I would be regretting it later.
