Starting recording again. Lost 2 pounds but want to monitor the types of foods and portions more to gain energy. Last day of my son's football club - tournament and I 'm on the concession stand. The weather is 36 degrees and raining. I think my son is going to get very muddy :-). I hope not too cold. The leaves in the backyard are falling and so I see another exercise opportunity. It is quite pretty, but cold looking.

Sick with flu like symptoms and at home for 2 days. It is easy for me to get too much into work and ignore my health needs. This is my problem and has been all my life. Hard to change. Also hard to change the food reward when I do something that is unpleasant and to get thru it I eat or snack. Dumb habit/ compulsion.
