Up in the north woods after my son's football scrimmage today. Very hot 85. Food intake ok. Going to county fair tonight! Did you know a 6 inch diameter funnel cake is only 276 calories? I think 46% fat though... Maybe I will splurge....
later... didn't find funnel cake but found icecream. Had great time. Back to excercise tomorrow....

A relaxing and busy day at home. Loved working in the yard and mowing. My flowers and trees are looking good - overall.
Found it best if I try to do my extra challenge exercise in the morning otherwise there never is a good time. Need to try and record as I eat and not update at the end of the night. I hope that my efforts pay off at my 2 week weigh in. For the last few years I have not been very consistent and committed in management of my food/exercise and give up. I think I can do this.

Enjoyed some margarita's last night - they were good. Eating lighter today and exercising more.
Later... Keeping a firm eye on my food and am aware of fat/carb/protein excesses. Made decision to skip steak dinner.
A little irritated at this... but know I don't need the food. Tomorrow will watch fat intake - peanut butter is a favorite.

Trying to keep busy today and not succumb to the evening eating binge. Doing 1st exercise challenge of burning 100 calories now.
