I really need some support on this. I was on Weight Watchers about 6 months ago and lost 45 pounds. Once when I got off Weight Watchers I've gained 10 pounds. So I joined Weight Watchers again the first week in November. So I need to lose about 75 pounds and that is why I need all the support I can get. I hope someone can really help me.
