THanks for the advice.
BTW I'm 5foot2" so I thought I was jogging. You all made me feel better. I am a no patience kind of person who wants to do something and be a pro in 2 weeksSmile I know that's not possible, so this time I'm trying to set weekly small goals so I don't get discouraged. I was a total couch potato so I'm starting from ground zero the only plus is I've already lost 50lbs before I started trying. THanks Again!

Running
I am "jogging" 1 mile on the treadmill at 5mph but I can't get my breathing right. I was doing 2 miles at 4mph but people told me that wasn't fast enough to count as "jogging"Smile I tried to jog 2 miles outside and I couldn't breathe and then I got sick afterward. My goal right now is to slowly work up to 3 miles at 5mph. THen try outside again. Any breathing or endurance tips?
