Mum of 2, work part time. Have a busy life but I love exercise so I make time to fit it into my schedule.
I'd love to lose 5kg so I feel a little less "cuddly". Carbs are my weakness (think scones, biscuits, cake)and once I start it's hard to stop!
I'm better with weight loss if I'm losing with other people. My competitive streak comes out.
