I have been very off track. My mother had a fall and I have been eating terribly and not exercising......Time to start again!

Okay I feel like this weekend I fell of the wagon so to speak. It all started with my daughters Birthday Party on the 27th with pizza and cake. I was so proud of myself that I got up early and made myself squeeze in time for exercise and even thought I did not eat great I did reasonably well. It was the next day that everything feel apart. I was so tired that I could not get out of bed early so I did not walk sigh! I had a really busy day at work and by the time I got all my work done I was really tired but I was planning on walking after work. I didn't because I was having really bad chest pain and I have issues with an irregular heart beat. I was concerned about going out in the dark alone to walk incase the pain was something other then my normal irregularity. Then yesterday I had promised to take my daughter on a playdate the ended up lasting like 4 hours. By the time I got home it was dark and so it was dinner time again. So mall food for lunch and pizza for dinner. I was going to go walking. With a friend since I live in a rural area and it is very dark and that did not end up working out either due to kid and significant other complications. I am going to try very hard to get back on track today. I am hoping to get at least 5 miles in today. I am going to also do lots of house work I should be burning some real calories today. I am worried about my weigh in tomorrow. I only weigh in at work. So I always use the same scale. So hears hoping tomorrow is not to disappointing. And today I need to refocus and get moving. Until tomorrow I will be hoping for will power and drive! Refocus is my goal.
