Hi, I am broccoley, I am 25, 5'8" 127.4 lbs
I am on track to getting healthy, and eating properly. This whole change is scary and I don't want to fail, I want to lose body fat and gain muscle, and not have to be hungry all day everyday to do that. So my journey is 2 months of eating 5-6 small meals a day, i hope to eat 1500 calories a day but so far as of day one im finding that tough, but its baby steps, and its figuring out portions, and the right snacks, slowly but surely I will get there.
