I've allowed the weight to creep up and now I'm disgusted with how my fat clothes are tight. I am determined to get down to a healthy 180. I am going to change my eating habits, limit the carbs, eat a lot more vegetables & protein.

Eat breakfast like a king, eat lunch like a prince & eat dinner like a pauper.

I can run marathons...I can do this!!
