went shopping for a suit today. So depressing but interesting to note that there are clothes out there if you are large, just not much of it. I've always had a hard time with blazers, not it's even worse! I need to try on jackets every week to remind myself to keep losing weight.

full week back on my food plan and lost 1.5 pounds. I was only away on vacation for 5 days but I gained 3.5 pounds because it took a week to settle back into my eating plan.
I guess the learning here is not to go totally off the rails while on vacation.

Back from vacation so I'm back to tracking my food. I didn't want to track my food while on vacation but I tried to not eat too much, and when I'm on vacation I seem to eat only two meals a day. Had a couple of beers every day which is unusual for me.
