Back to eating salads. But I saw two women at the company cafeteria buying small soups and then a plate of some deli meat and cheese. The protein helps keeps them full. I need to try their trick to see if it works.

Back to Fat Secret. I didn't keep track and gained 13 pounds since I last used this tool. I didn't want to know how much weight I had gained even though I knew my clothes were not fitting. Now I'm determined to lose the weight. So tired of being heavy and not being able to wear any clothes in my closet.
Just need to do things that work and break my food addiction slowly. Breakfast is fine, lunch is hard but salads work for me so I have to eat salads. Going to protein shakes right now to get the weight off. Not so bad if I eat lots of fruit like apples.
And I can't be too nazi about it either, otherwise I will fall off the wagon. I hate this but this is like a true addiction. I will forever need to be vigilant about my weight, but if it means my health is good and my clothes fit then so be it.
I don't want to end up on high blood pressure pills or cholesterol medication like so many people I know, or get gout (hereditary in the family) or get diagnosed with adult onset diabetes.
But I will always love food and will realistically will always need a cheat day. I can live with one cheat day a week, I can't live health issues. I mean I can live with health issues, most like I just won't be living with them for long.
