Totally stressed again and didn't record any food. I hate when I fall off the wagon. Just need to get back into it. I did 3.2 mile walk on Friday so at least I am still exercising.
So afraid to step on the scale right now.

very stressed the last three days so I didn't record any food. Now I am back to tracking. It just felt too depressing to record my food because I so gave into my chocolate cravings.
Even though my weight loss is so agonizingly slow, I've lost about 9.5 inches since I started. So at least there's progress in shrinking my body size even though it's not showing up in my weight. Best thing I learned from my personal trainer is tracking the size of body parts because it really does show progress when the scale doesn't.
