Back in Feb I had blood work. There was no issues with my glucose noted. Only that my thyroid is taking a poop. Now it’s May I am about 30lbs lighter. I had to have more blood work done and my sugars are now abnormal....I’ve cut so much been working the 16/8 fasting and I feel like what’s the point! :(

Hello, I’ve been basically doing the intermediate fastings. I have increased my length of fasting little by little. At this point I’m at the 16/8. I will eat right at that 16 mark because usually i’m pretty hungry however i’ve noticed that even eating my smaller portion I’m feeling sick to my stomach half way through. I don’t know has anyone had similar issues?
